This place helped when when Noone else would, I have 6 kids and school and Christmas was my most important things.. today once again Christmas is here and they helped me so much today. I love this place and the women that work there, they are so kind and they help in anyway. If not for them none of this would have been possible.. I wanna thank you all so much for making sure my babies will have a good Xmas, they deserve .. they are a blessing to me , this is my experience I used to have good credit yrs ago and it got bad and they put me back on my feet and helping me establish good credit.. I truly am thankful for them, they will do everything they can. If yall haven't and yall need a loan give them a try, they are amazing.. A Plus Loans is truly an amazing place with a team of wonderful, understanding workers. I applied for a loan online and was pleasantly surprised when they reached out just two days later. The staff was incredibly polite and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and making sure I understood every part of the process. When I got approved, I wasn’t able to make it in that day, but they were completely understanding when I called to reschedule for Wednesday. Unfortunately, I had to miss that day too due to personal reasons. When I finally walked in the next day, I realized I had forgotten an important document. The staff didn’t make me feel bad or embarrassed instead, they kindly explained that they couldn’t move forward without it but assured me they’d be open the next day and ready to help. When I returned with everything I needed, I had even more questions since this was my first time going through the process. Once again, they were extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with each step. I’m so grateful for how supportive and professional the team at Aplus Loans was. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a place that truly values its customers and goes the extra mile!
